I use emulsion from anthem screen printing inkjet transparencies and a homemade exposure unit.
Uv light bulb screen printing burn.
In a light safe environment center bulb directly above the middle of the screen at a height of 12 15 inches.
Check to make sure the distance between the bulb and the screen is correct.
To expose a screen.
Since i m using a 10 x14 screen and 150w bulb i exposed my screen for 45 minutes.
The higher your bulb is the longer your exposure time and the more coverage to the screen.
Source a light fixture to power bulb.
Once the exposure is finished remove the acrylic and transparencies then go rinse your screen.
These videos cover most of the common issues with screen exposure.
Turn on the light expose for the correct amount of time then turn off the light.
This is how i burn my screen printing screens at home.
